Located by a beautiful lake with stunning views at night, this hotel has undergone a recent refurbishment. the rooms are clean and well-equipped, with comfortable beds and good air conditioning. the restaurant offers a wide range of food choices and the breakfast is excellent. Guests can enjoy a short walk along the boardwalk on the lake.

The hotel's location is quite far from other amenities, requiring transportation to explore the surrounding area.

The staff at reception and concierge were super nice and helpful. Lakeside cafeteria service staff provided excellent service and recognized us on our second visit. The buffet steamboat was good and we even received complimentary treats like abalone, sashimi, and mini lobster. The location is also a plus, with a great view of the lake from our room. The breakfast offered a good variety of Asian and Western cuisine, and the staff service was exceptional. Special thanks to Michael and Jonson for their outstanding service.

The hotel was located near a beautiful lake and had a stunning view of the Ferris wheel lit up at night. The room was spacious with both wireless and Ethernet availability. the hotel offered a delicious and satisfying breakfast to start your day.

The air conditioning did not work properly, and the room became uncomfortably warm during the night. This made it difficult to sleep comfortably and meant that we had to wake up frequently throughout the night.

We loved staying at this hotel. The location was perfect, with a beautiful view by the lake. The hotel facilities were impressive, including a well-equipped gym and a children's play place. The breakfast was great and the staff was friendly and helpful. We also appreciated the cleanliness of the hotel and the convenient parking and transportation options in this city.

The room had a really strong cigarette smell and looked quite dated. the carpets were worn out, and the bathroom was not well-maintained.

Service is impeccable with attentive staff always ready to assist.

The only minor issue was the seasonal outdoor pool which was closed during my visit.
